We teach all aspect of Jiu Jitsu, from self-defense/anti-bullying to competition. In the process of learning Jiu Jitsu, kids will improve their social skills, gain discipline, build confidence, and have fun while improving their fitness.
Our classes are designed to accommodate adult students (14 and older) of all levels, from beginner to advanced. All students work in an environment where they support each other’s learning and push one another to become the best version of themselves that they can be, both on and off the mats. We focus on all aspects of Jiu Jitsu.
